The close coupled trailers' chassis has been designed and manufactured by Wheelbase Engineering in Lancashire to FSL specific requirements.
The body has been designed and fitted in-house here at FSL. Although the body may look standard from the outside, it is far from standard. The body incorporates many special security features.
Great attention has also been placed on the design and build process to ensure that the trailer will perform for a minimum of 15 years.
The prime mover has also had its VBG coupling system fitted and certified by the DVSA and now has a train weight in excess of 30 tons.
